They bear the features of a great chocolate—balanced and smooth, with a long lasting taste. Our traditional recipe combines the intense flavors of pure cocoa butter (no lecithin added) with an exceptional fondant, offering a long and unforgettable taste. Our company is solicitous over integrating the production of our 100% organic chocolates within the framework of sustainable development, from the cultivation of raw materials (stemming from organic agriculture) to the final stage of packaging, in the wrapping itself.
The cardboard will come from sustainably managed forests (FSC and PEFC), while the packaging will be made from of plant material. The whole package will be compostable, hence environmentally friendly.

SEEKING FOR ORIGIN AND QUALITY


As a chocolate maker who cares about environment and traceability of raw materials, we are permanently seeking to make a chocolate of excellence.  The quality of the cocoa beans is paramount. For our « Grand Cru 2009/2010 », we offer you to discover three chocolates with a minimum of 70% cocoa, originating from organic agriculture:
GRAND CRU TANZANIA:
A chocolate with a pleasant bitterness and a hint of acidity, soft and fruity aroma, and combining a licorice and berry taste.
GRAND CRU DOMINICAN REPUBLIC:
A dark chocolate with a strong body, combining the slight acidic notes of grilled cocoa with the warmth of earth and a hint of mushroom flavor.
GRAND CRU PERU:
Grand Cru is made of Criollo cocoa beans. A strong and aromatic chocolate with a citrus note that will appeal to the true connoisseur.
Any of our Grand Crus can be complemented by a subtle assembly of 70%, 85%, or 100% (sugar free) dark chocolate bars
